What counts as a split?
A pause in the GPS timeline longer than the gap, in minutes. Two runs in one file because you forgot to stop is the usual case.
Are sensors kept in each piece?
Yes. Heart rate, cadence and power stay on the points they belonged to.
What do I download?
A zip of GPX files, one per piece, named from the original.
